Introdução Have you been wondering if Circular Economy (CE) can be (partially) implemented in your organisation? But find it a little hairy to get started? In this practical course, you will learn the basic schools of thought behind CE and 'Positive Impact' and work with them in a real-life case: yours.
First, we will look at the many different ways you can apply CE-thinking, such as circular product innovation or materials pooling. Then we will work towards the first draft of your CE strategy. What elements do you need to look at for your specific situation? And what are the required steps to take? Do you, for example, need to join a consortium in your industry? Do you need to investigate different ways of collaboration with your suppliers? And, not unimportant, is your idea suited for funding? During the course, the discussions and soundboard sessions will help you sharpen your thoughts and, ultimately, your next steps. TOPO
Objetivos Upon completion of the course, you should be able to:

  • Generate the first ideas on how your organisation can make a 'Positive Impact'.
  • Share the first draft of a Circular Economy strategy within your organisation or with your investors, ready to work it out in more detail together.
