Instructions for Authors
The papers will be reproduced directly and full size. Authors are fully responsible for their quality and therefore are kindly requested to observe the following very simple instructions for the preparation of their papers.

STYLE AND LAYOUT
  • The first page of each paper must contain the title of the paper, the author's names and their affiliations and emails
  • Please start with an abstract, that can be used by abstracting services, giving a brief account of the most relevant contributions of the paper (100-200 words).
  • Each paper must include, underneath the abstract, five to ten keywords in order to indicate the main topics discussed in the paper and to provide basic terms for indexing by international abstracting services which potentially increases the publicity of the paper and recognition for the Author.
  • Papers (including final diagrams) should not exceed ten A4 sized pages. The organizers do not intend to recommend a standard nomenclature so that Authors must define any symbols in the text of their papers. Typically the text should not exceed 5000 words.

REQUIRED FORMAT
  • The text should be prepared using Word. The font is Arial letters and 10-point type size.
  • Margins on the left and right-hand sides must be of 25mm. Margins at the top and bottom of the page must be of 30mm. All type and illustrations should appear within the margins.
  • Papers should be typed single spacing. Between paragraphs use double spacing.
  • Tables, formulae and mathematical symbols should be typed neatly in position with appropriate space above and below.
  • Equations should be numbered in parentheses flush to right-hand of page; omit dots leading to the numbers.
  • All data should be reported in SI units.

ILLUSTRATIONS
  • Illustrations should be inserted directly into the text at the appropriate places.
  • All lettering and fine detail of both line and photographic illustrations must be very clear and of good visual quality.

PLEASE NOTE
  • Full responsibility for the paper rests with the Author.
  • Observe and stick to the deadline for sending in your paper.
