Background of the Conference
This 5th European Conference on Economics and Management of Energy in Industry follows upon four very successful Conferences in the same subjects which were also held in Portugal in 1984, 1994, 2004 and 2007. These attracted Delegates from over 30 countries and more than 80 papers were presented in each one.
